EGR Extra (Extreme Grease Remover Extra)

ETS- EGR EXTRA a mixed-blend cleaner based on fatty ester. Industrial cleaning services value the product because of its broad spectrum of use and high cleaning power. ETS- EGR EXTRA is ideal for cleaning crude oils, grease deposits, anti-corrosion coatings, (printing) ink, etiket glue removing, stainles steel cleaning, hydrocarbon residues, tar-like deposits, etc. ETS- EGR EXTRA is Non toxic, Non-Flammable, Biodegradable and quickly de-emulsifiers for use with water-oil seperators.

Replacement for:

  • ETS-EGR EXTRA is a replacement for vapour degreasing solvents, chlorate products and solvent/emulsion cleaner.

Directions for use: General cleaning:

  • ETS-EGR EXTRA is used as a ready to use product. Depending of the nature and thickness of thecontamination, use in a spray, bucket and brush application or cleaning unit. To apply, add ETS-EGR EXTRA to the surface to be cleaned. Allow some time (2- to -15 minutes) for ETS-EGR EXTRA to take effect, and remove dirt by hard brush-in or by high pressure application. ETS-EGR EXTRA leaves an anti-corrosion film. When a surface has been treated, rinse with water.Increasing temperature (up to 50 C°) speeds up the cleaning-time and cleaning activity. Cleaning equipment units are available in different sizes and also in a warm version. Product information is available upon request. ETS-EGR EXTRA can be safely be used with all methods of cleaning: circulation cleaning, manual cleaning etc.
